Application Procedures

You need to submit online application to Graduate School’s application system before the deadline. The following supporting documents are required to upload at the same time:

• Official transcripts (with a complete record of courses attended and examination results) and grading schemes of all tertiary level studies issued by the Registry of your universities*;
• Degree certificate (if graduated);
• Online Verification Report of Higher Education Qualification Certificate (教育部學歷證書電子註冊備案表) and Online Verification Report of Higher Education Degree Certificate (中國高等教育學位在線驗證報告) issued by the CHESICC (學信網) if you have already obtained a degree from university in Mainland China.
• Documentary proof of fulfilling the English Language Proficiency Requirement*:
  -IELTS (Academic Module): overall result of at least 6.5;
  -TOEFL: total score of at least 79 (internet-based) or 550 (paper-based);
  -GMAT: score for the component “Verbal” not lower than 21
  *TOEFL and IELTS scores are considered valid for two years from the test date. GMAT scores are considered valid for five years from the test date.
• Confidential recommendations from 2 referees (optional); and
• Copy of your HKID card or other identity document.
